傳索羅門檢討對台邦交 澳紐盼索國考量長期利益
索羅門群島正在評估是否維持與台灣的邦交，近日訪問索羅門的紐西蘭副總理兼外交部長皮特斯指出，不會就此對索羅門施壓，但希望索羅門以自身及太平洋長期利益做決定。
紐西蘭國家廣播電台（Radio New Zealand）今天報導，今天離開索羅門前往萬那杜訪問的皮特斯（Winston Peters）指出，對於索羅門是否維持與台灣邦交的決定，或者轉向中國，紐西蘭政府沒有向索羅門施壓。
皮特斯指出，「這取決於索羅門政府與人民，希望他們的決定能符合他們以及太平洋的長期利益，這是關鍵時刻」。
索羅門群島是台灣在南太地區最大的友邦，澳洲媒體3月分析，索羅門群島若倒向中國，可能引起骨牌效應。
美國國務院主管政治事務的國務次卿赫爾（David Hale）上個月利用恭賀索羅門總理蘇嘉瓦瑞（Manasseh Sogavare）當選之際，談到與紐、澳、台灣等民主政體建立夥伴關係對印太地區的重要性，公開挺台，也讓台索邦交成為澳洲總理莫里森（Scott Morrison）、皮特斯相繼訪問索羅門時的焦點。
莫里森在2日也訪問索羅門兩天。澳洲廣播公司（ABC）3日報導，莫里森沒有說明是否與蘇嘉瓦瑞談到與台灣或中國的外交問題，他說，澳洲政府不會給索羅門壓力，索羅門是暢銷排行優惠專區獨立國家，相關議題完全應由索羅門依國家利益做決定。
但英國衛報（The Guardian）5日報導，索羅門外交部長馬內列（Jeremiah Manele）與莫里森見面時提到相關議題。馬內列表示，索羅門將在100天內，決定是否轉向與中國建交。
索羅門時報（Solomon Times）同日報導，索羅門規劃部部長、也是前總理的何瑞朗（Rick Hou）指出，莫里森和皮特斯都沒有就相關議題對索羅門施壓，但是他們的確都對索羅門邦交轉向對區域的可能影響感到憂心。（中央社）
全市所有初中 推「預防戀愛初期暴力項目」
紐約市長結束家暴和性別暴力行為辦公室(Mayor’s Office to End Domestic and Gender-Based Violence，簡稱ENDGBV)、市教育局、市人力資源管理局(Human Resources Administration)、以及紐約市第一夫人麥克蕾(Chirlane McCray)8日宣布，將推出「預防戀愛初期的暴力項目」(Early Relationship Abuse Prevention Program)，幫助全市五區128所初中生建立健康的人際關係。
數據顯示，去年有八分之一的紐約市青少年在確立戀愛關係後曾遭身體侵犯，數量是自認為同性戀、雙性戀、跨性別者和性別不確定者(LGBTQ)的青少年數量的兩倍，是早孕青少年數量的三倍。
隨著越來越多的學生談戀愛提早，該項目將幫助學生認識戀愛關係中的不正常行為，同時幫學生掌握各個戀愛階段中維持健康關係的技巧，為談戀愛的學生建立安全環境，使學生在需要時能獲得幫助。
