保育台灣紫斑蝶 林佳龍盼與墨西哥締結姐妹谷
台灣的紫斑蝶是世界上唯二會越冬型的蝴蝶之一，交通部長林佳龍今天說，希望可以讓台灣茂林的紫蝶幽谷跟墨西哥的帝王斑蝶谷締結姐妹谷，讓這兩種會越冬型的蝴蝶可以深入交流。
交通部觀光局今天舉辦「2019年紫斑蝶生態旅遊發展國際研討會」開幕典禮省錢方法發燒好康，交通部長林佳龍會前受訪表示，亞洲台灣的紫斑蝶與北美洲墨西哥的帝王斑蝶是世界上唯二會越冬型的蝴蝶。
林佳龍指出，這種會越冬的紫斑蝶每年冬天跟春天都會從北到南，再從南到北飛越，但過去交通的開發，也影響了紫斑蝶的遷徙路徑。
他說，不過12年前高速公路局首度架設防護網，讓「國道讓蝶道」，也引起了國際注意，更讓台灣的紫斑蝶致死率3%下降到千分之3。
林佳龍表示，希望可以推動台灣茂林的紫蝶幽谷跟墨西哥的帝王斑蝶谷，建立姐妹谷，讓雙方可以進行深入交流，拉抬紫斑蝶在國際的知名度，相信可以吸引許多國際人士來台追蝶。
林佳龍指出，紫斑蝶過去10年來數量越來越多，研究也越來越多，未來可以做生態旅遊的亮點，
觀光局表示，今年清明節期間，高速公路局在國道3號林內段251K至253K辦理「紫蝶飛越防護網」的路殺防治工作中，捕捉到去年高雄市茂林區標放的小紫斑蝶，同時記錄到近十年瞬間最大量的穿越量，於3月25日甚至到達每分鐘1200隻的「紫斑蝶河」奇觀。
觀光局說，研討會是交通部首次邀請北美洲帝王斑蝶推廣單位「帝王斑蝶教師網絡」（Monarch TeacherNetwork, MTN）至台灣分享跨國境、跨越不同棲地型態的公民教育案例。（中央社）
高球／伍茲熬5年奪冠…兒女首度見識他虎威
生涯握有14座大賽冠軍，前世界球王老虎伍茲（Tiger Woods）暌違5年，在PGA封關站巡迴錦標賽終於重溫封王滋味，在孩子面前捧起生涯第80座巡迴賽金盃，證明自己並非Youtube影片才能見到的高球冠軍。
42歲的伍茲，去年4月才進行3年來第4度背部手術，也曾因酒後駕車被捕，接受失眠和藥物濫用治療。伍茲賽後提到，對他2個未滿11歲的孩子而言，高球等於病痛。
「因為只要我打球就會受傷，讓我更疼痛。」自2013年普利司通邀請賽後，伍茲終於奪冠，「在他們有記憶以來，我從未贏過任何比賽，我想他們現在能夠了解我的職業，相信他們也感受到奪冠的氛圍，與我一同分享喜悅。」
伍茲前三輪領先群雄，第18洞在超過百名球迷歡呼聲中，以最終輪高於標準桿1桿的71桿，總桿繳低於標準桿11桿的269桿，2桿差力克同胞霍雪爾奪冠，差點在果嶺上喜極而泣。
回顧人生低潮，伍茲甚至懷疑自己是否能毫無傷痛度過餘生，「我還能坐、走或站著毫無痛感嗎？我的餘生會是什麼光景？這是我人生最低谷時刻。」
20年前，伍茲以為自己能夠再打30年，「但突然間我不知道自己能否重返球場，再度奪冠。我想這一冠我會特別珍惜，不會再視為理所當然，以為自己還有下個10年、20年。」
