打臉藍首長政策 「復仇者聯盟」發功
【台灣醒報記者張朝瑋分析報導】針對台中市長盧秀燕請求中央全額補助台中山手線，21日遭前台中市長、現交通部長林佳龍打臉，表示遊戲規則不可能改變，還說他是全台的交通部長，不是地方政府的。加上先前行政院長蘇貞昌冷回高雄市長韓國瑜希望中央幫高雄還債時一句「自助人助」，都顯示地方首長落敗者搖身一變，露出中央大官的倨傲臉色。
在21日的交通部春節會議上，有記者問到關於之前台中市長盧秀燕表示台中山手線要中央全額補助一事，交通部次長王國材回應道，山手線的建設與台灣其他交通建設一樣都是按照中央法規在處理，其中有規定由中央及地方各負責特定比例，遊戲規則無法修改，否則會引來其他縣市抗議。
林佳龍補充道，台中市政府如對山手線一事有疑慮或想法，歡迎按照行政程序來與交通部溝通，「我是全台的交通部長，不是地方政府的交通部長，在各地交通建設上不能有差別待遇。」山手線是他台中市長任內時推動的重要事項，加上交通建設與地方發展息息相關，中央才會在審查時要求地方分攤。
另一邊，高雄市長韓國瑜在上任後，因高雄負債高達3125億，為解決此事而希望中央能伸出援手，沒想到行政院長蘇貞昌卻回了一句「自助人助」，等於間接打槍。然而高雄的這筆債並不是國民黨留下的，而是跟蘇貞昌同黨的前市長陳菊所留下。
有媒體分析指出，蘇貞昌或認為他說的是期勉話，但對比他先前慨然應允幫新北市建衝浪基地、對高雄卻是「自助人助」，讓外界無不懷疑蘇揆對人不對事。「別說是韓粉了，曾在綠營治理下度過20多年人生的高雄市民又會怎麼想呢？」
前台中市長、交通部長林佳龍打臉現任市長盧秀燕，而在新北市長選舉中落敗的行政院長蘇貞昌則打臉現任高雄市長韓國瑜，現任內閣上任前曾被大家譏笑說是「復仇者聯盟」，難道是真的？
