oBike流落偏鄉縣府：通報就處理 | 基宜花東 | 地方 | 聯合新聞網
台東常見有oBike停放閒置在偏鄉，甚至是離島，這些流落偏遠地區的自行車，台東政府表示，只要民眾通報就請廠商移除。記者尤聰光／攝影分享 facebook 因應無樁式共享自行車oBike總公司停止營運，不比價撿便宜省錢王少引進縣市將這些無人管理的車輛當廢鐵拖吊移除，2017年4月引進上路的台東縣，雖自行車數量少，但地理環境幅員遼闊，車輛分布較廣，造成縣府後續處理的困擾。台東縣政府表示，目前仍在台東縣境內的oBike數量，初估不到300台，市區已較少見，大多分布在縱谷及東海岸線的觀光景點，因台東地理遼闊，常見有oBike本周限時購買折扣停放閒置在偏鄉，甚至是離島，對這些流落偏遠地區的自行車，將設法請廠商自行處理。. } }); } 縣府強調，oBike在台東仍有連絡窗口，民眾通報縣府1999專線，就會請廠商移除，廠商7天內沒有逕行處理，就會請當地鄉鎮公所視為棄置車輛移除。「該整頓還是要整頓！」陳姓市民表示，oBike雖在台東觀光發展上有助益，但是亂象層出不窮，尤其是承租人公德心薄弱，自行車隨處擺放，熱銷商品超實用且廠商回收處理消極，管理欠佳，期盼公部門能夠拿出魄力搶購限時商品整頓。

《不可不知》耳咽管功能不佳當心感冒易引起中耳炎

通常感冒所引發的上呼吸道感染症狀，大多是咳嗽、流鼻水、疲倦或是頭痛等，但若是耳咽管功能不佳，也會出現與耳朵有關的症狀，像是耳塞、耳鳴或是進一步的出現發燒、耳痛、聽力障礙或耳漏等中耳炎的病症。

根據三軍總醫院耳鼻喉暨頭頸外科部的資料指出，耳咽管是一個連通中耳腔與鼻腔的管狀結構，具有引流以及平衡中耳內外壓力的作用，一旦耳咽管功能異常，特別是小孩子，由於結構發育尚未完全成熟，耳咽管走向通常比較水平，或是肥大的增殖腺體阻擋了耳咽管在鼻咽腔的出口等原因，通常較易引發上呼吸道感染後的中耳炎。

由於鼻咽腔原本潛在的病菌容易藉由耳咽管進到中耳腔內，感冒所引發的上呼吸道黏膜腫脹也容易使耳咽管的通氣與引流受到阻塞，於是中耳、乳突發炎的黏膜所產生的滲液或合併有病菌所產生的膿液就會充滿整個中耳腔，導致耳膜腫脹疼痛，這就是「急性中耳炎」。

如果耳咽管腫脹的太厲害而沒有一個宣洩的管道時，膿液就會從耳膜破裂流出形成耳漏，也就是俗稱的耳朵流膿，一般說來，急性中耳炎經過適當的治療之後，破損的耳膜會自行修復癒合起來，但如果破洞太大、或是發炎沒有得到適時的控制，造成反覆不停地流水流膿，破損的耳膜為了保持一個宣洩的開口，當然無法癒合，久而久之就變成一個疤痕組織，稱之為耳膜穿孔。

若是中耳腔有積液且持續存在，稱之為「積液性中耳炎」，一旦藥物治療無效，醫師通常會建議作進一步的耳膜切開手術，或同時放置一個通氣小管在耳膜上，以幫助中耳腔及耳咽管恢復正常功能。

至於「慢性中耳炎」則是指中耳或乳突發炎的黏膜已造成一種無法回復的慢性炎症狀態，包括肉芽組織增生在中耳或乳突的通氣腔室，或先前所提到的耳膜穿孔使得中耳腔經常暴露在外界的感染環境，所以間歇性的耳漏及聽力障礙是慢性中耳炎的主要症狀而耳膜穿孔也是慢性中耳炎的特徵。
