佛心爺賣50元炒飯…裝到餐盒炸裂「還附水煮蛋」網看傻
這價格太佛心！日前臉書粉專「舞食旅台灣。amos的走跳日常」貼出數張炒飯炸裂照，透露高雄楠梓區這間佛心炒飯，不僅量多到便當盒快被撐開，還附上1整顆水煮蛋，價格更是低的驚人，只要1個50元銅板就可以搞定，讓吃過民眾忍不住直呼「爺爺(老闆)是菩薩轉世嗎？」
臉書粉專「舞食旅台灣。amos的走跳日常」發文指出，這間佛心炒飯位於高雄市楠梓區壽豐路上，由於沒有店名、店休時間也不固定，因此算是隱藏版的無名炒飯，該粉專透露，通常「只要門口有擺桌椅就是有賣」，營業時間則是早上9點至下午網購達人熱賣商品2點。
從曝光的照片可見，這間店的炒飯份量超大，該粉專也打趣形容「份量多到都不知從哪挖1口來吃，因為都會掉了滿桌都是」，除了白飯外，內容物還包括肉絲、蝦仁、蔥花及1整顆水煮蛋，該粉專透露當天爺爺還多送1顆蛋給他們，「媽啊！我快飽到天庭蓋了，決定以後月底沒錢吃土的時候，要來這邊買炒飯分3餐來吃了！」
最後該粉專表示，這份滿到溢出的炒飯只要50元；對此，不少網友看完紛紛驚呼「滿到誇張」、「太驚人了」、「2個人吃都吃不完」、「真的很佛心又大」、「50摳有這麼滿，現在應該不太可能，爺爺好狂」。
新法禁老舊機車？ 環署：驗合格可上路
【台灣醒報記者譚有勝台北報導】針對空污法禁止10年以上的老舊機車上路，行政院長賴清德28日表示，本次修法旨在加強空污排放管制，並授權主管機關劃設空品維護區，以實施移動污染源管制措施能有效解決空污問題。環保署長李應元也指出，2020年起，老舊機車的排放標準必須從9000ppm降低到2000ppm，但政府不是禁止所有的老舊機車上路，只要在半年內定檢通過檢驗標準，都可以上路。
空污法三讀條文規定，政府將針對出廠10 年以上的交通工具加嚴排放標準，凡是超過應檢驗日半年未定檢的機車，違者最高可處新台幣6萬元罰鍰，持續未改善可註銷牌照。另外，三讀條文也明定，各級主管機關得劃設空氣品質維護區，實施移動污染源管制措施，1999年6月前出廠的柴油車或二行程機車禁止進入空品區，違者可處500元以上、6萬元以下罰鍰。
行政院長賴清德28日在院會中表示，本次修法加強有害空氣污染物的排放管制，並授權主管機關劃設空氣品質維護區，實施移動污染源管制措施。此外，新法也增訂吹哨者制度，鼓勵民眾檢舉不法，並建構追繳不法利得之法源；同時要求落實資訊公開，達到全民監督的效果，空污管制將邁向新的里程碑。
賴清德強調，空污法修正通過以後，也賦予環保署及地方政府更多的執法權力，但也意味政府要承擔更多責任。後續相關配套措施及子法修訂等工作，請環保署加速辦理，以完善相關行政整備工作。
但二行程機車還有約100萬台在路上跑，若要禁止二行機車上路，恐怕會對消費者造成嚴重的衝擊。環保署長李應元28日指出，從2020年開始，凡是車齡10年以上的交通工具，都得符合第4期的排放標準，意即排放標準的碳氫化合物（HC）需從9000ppm降低到2000ppm。
李應元強調，環保署初步估計受影響的為二行程機車，四行程機車則不受影響，約有90萬輛左右的機車需受檢驗。但這並不代表10年以上的老舊機車便不得上路，「若這些機車檢驗合格，還是可以上路。」此外，政府也會透過現金補助、退稅等方式來協助業者汰換老舊機車，以減輕民眾汰換老舊交通工具的負擔。
至於移動污染抵換機制是否全部污染物質都納入抵換？李應元強調，移動污染源抵換機制只能夠抵換4種污染排放物，包括柴油微粒飽含重金屬、PAHs、戴奧辛等致癌物，並非所有的污染物都可以抵換，唯有減少有害污染排放物，才能減低空污對人體的危害。
